Your Satisfaction is Our Goal
George Regional Health System is serious about patient satisfaction. If you have a comment, question, or concern, we want to hear it--and resolve it. You can contact us by clicking on the "contact" icon at the top of each page of this Web site.
What to Bring
Upon undergoing a surgery, procedure or diagnostic test at a GRHS facility, please bring the following:
- A list naming all prescribed and over-the-counter medications, vitamins, and supplements that you take, such as aspirin, vitamin E, Claritin, Pepcid, calcium, or iron. Your list should include the product’s name, the dosage, how often you take it, and the reason you take it. It is important to include vitamins and supplements because they can interact with prescription medications and influence diagnostic tests, hindering proper care.
- The name of your primary care physician
- Any allergies you have.
- Insurance information
- The date of flu or pneumonia vaccines
Personal Items
Although GRHS takes great care with your belongings, we are not responsible for lost or missing items. We strongly recommend that you do not bring items with significant sentimental or monetary value to the facility.
Smoking Policy
To help protect the health of our staff, patients and visitors, we do not permit smoking within any GRHS facilities.
